Idris Elba May be The Next James Bond

Famous British actor Idris Elba  may be the next James Bond after an email leaked in the Sony hack which suggested that a top executive wants him to be the next James Bond. The chairman of Sony Pictures Entertainment Amy Pascal in an email dated 4th of January wrote to Elizabeth Cantillon, former executive
vice president of Colombia Pictures which takes care of distributing the Bond movies saying "Idris should be the next bond",according to a report from the Daily Beast.

There has been speculation all over the media for some time now that Elba could be a possible replacement when the current James Bond Daniel Craig, finishes his contract.On facebook a group which goes by the name "We Want Idris Elba for James Bond",has 30000 members.

Daniel Craig is currently filming the next James Bond movie "Spectre" which is to be released next year and is going to be his fourth screen appearance as the British spy in MI6, however he is to appear in one more Bond film after "Spectre". Daniel craig has appeared as James Bond in Casino Royale(2006), Quantum of Solace(2008)and Skyfall(2012).He was born in March 2, 1968.

Elba made his name in HBO drama "The Wire", and since then has appeared in various high profile  hollywood movies like Pacific Rim and Mandela:Long Walk To Freedom. Elba 42, would be the seventh actor to play as James Bond and also would be the first Black Man to take the role since the Movie Franchise began in 1962.
