A Los Angeles judge signed off on the couple's divorce judgement on tuesday that ends their 23 year marriage. The divorce petitions were filed in september owing to irreconcilable differences from the couple. But the law in Los Angeles California requires couples to wait six months to be officially divorced.
The terms of the divorce calls for Kris Jenner to pay the sum of $2.5 million to her soon to be divorced husband. The couple got married in April 1991 and since then have had two daughters. Although they are still husband and wife until the "six-month" period is over,after which she is free to remarry.
The judgement of divorce has a checkbox on it where it allows name change back to your maiden name, only if that was checked on the face page of the judgement then her name is restored effectively. Although the divorce was peaceful, I think they are a nice couple and should find their love back.
